Sound Bath

A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where you relax while lying down on a massage table. Tish uses singing bowls to create ambient sound and vibrations. The intention is to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote overall well-being by shifting your brainwaves into a meditative state. You simply listen and relax, allowing the sounds to guide your focus and let feelings of peace, clarity, wash over you. The benefits include stress relief and improved mood.

What to Expect

Instruments: Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, bells, and rainsticks are woven together to create a rich, immersive soundscape.

Process: You lie down comfortably with your eyes closed as Tish plays the instruments, allowing waves of sound and vibration to gently move through and around your body.

Feeling: A deeply relaxed, dreamlike state—often described as being “between awake and asleep”—where the mind quiets, tension melts away, and a sense of calm and clarity naturally emerges.

What are the benefits?

• Stress & Anxiety Reduction: Soothing vibrations calm the nervous system and help release built-up tension.
• Deep Meditation: Sound gently guides the mind into a meditative state, even for those who find traditional meditation challenging.
• Emotional Well-Being: Creates space to process emotions, restore balance, and feel more grounded.
• Improved Sleep: Promotes deep relaxation that can support better sleep quality and restfulness.

Caution:

After a sound bath, please refrain from driving or operating heavy machinery if you feel ungrounded.

When you get home have a bath or a shower as the water will allow the sounds to sink in deeper and last for longer.

Avoid red meat, alcohol or any chemical toxins for the next 24 hours.
